Returns & Exchanges

• You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

• To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

• Items damaged through normal wear and tear or incorrect washing methods are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to our support team via our contact channels or email with your Order ID and reason for return. Once approved, our courier will pick up the item from your doorstep.

Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed based on the original payment method, or via cash/transfer depending on your shipping area.

• Shipping and handling fees may be deducted unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
